Refund Policy

Effective June 12, 2026

The rule

Every Statewise purchase is covered by a simple refund rule: you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you have used less than 20% of the question bank you bought. Usage means distinct questions you have answered in any mode (practice, timed simulator, or drill).

For a bundle, the usage test applies to each included question bank. If any bank in the bundle is at or over 20% usage, the bundle is no longer refundable.

How to request one

Refunds are self-serve. Go to Account, then Billing, find the purchase, and choose Request refund. If the purchase qualifies, the refund is issued immediately to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks typically post it within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens after a refund

  • Access granted by the refunded purchase ends immediately.
  • Access from any other purchase you hold is not affected, including an overlapping bundle or a separate bank.
  • Your progress data is kept, so if you buy again later you pick up where you left off.

Outside the window

After 7 days, or once 20% of a bank has been used, purchases are not refundable. If something went wrong on our side (for example a billing error or a duplicate charge), contact support@statewiseexams.com and we will make it right.
